“Aquatic Life Illustrations”

The Fisheries Library in collaboration with FIPS, SIDP (FishFinder) and the Main Library is pleased to invite you to the exhibition on "Aquatic Life Illustrations", set up in the Main Library's atrium on the occasion of the Committee on Fisheries which is starting today. expand »
Thanks to the head Librarian Ms. Merrikin, during the 5 days of the COFI, some beautiful engravings from old books will also be exceptionally displayed in special showcases at lunch time.
In addition to that, both in the FAO main atrium and in the Library atrium a self-running slides show will be on, presenting some of the most significant illustrations and books of the exhibition.
The slide show in the FAO main atrium will be followed by and take turns with another interesting self-running show on "Women in Fisheries", organized by the Fisheries Department.
